SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer is a 5X solution of 250 mM Tris·HCl, pH 6.8, 10% SDS, 30% (v/v) Glycerol, 10 mM DTT, 0.05% (w/v) Bromophenol Blue for use in SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of proteins.
