The iQuant™ 1X dsDNA BR Assay Kit is designed specifically for an easy and accurate quantitation of dsDNA. The kit is highly selective for dsDNA over RNA, and offers advantages in stability, linear dynamic range, and sensitivity over other traditional of DNA quantitation. The kit is designed in an "Add-and-Read" format to simplify DNA quantitation and speed up your workflow. The kit is ideal for DNA quantitation in NGS library. The assay is well tolerated to common contaminants such as proteins, salts, solvents, detergents, or free nucleotides. The assay can be adapted for use in microplates, tubes or cuvettes.

Download the iQuant™ 1X dsDNA BR Assay file to upload to your Qubit 3 and 4 Fluorometer.
Method of upload your assay to your Qubit 3.0 or 4 Fluorometer
1. After download the Zip file, unzip it. Then transfer the assay (.qbt) file to the root directory of a USB drive.
2. Insert the USB drive containing the new assay file into the USB port of the Qubit Fluorometer.
3. Go to the Settings screen and touch Import new assay. The instrument searches the USB drive for assay file(s) and displays their names on the Import new assay screen.
