ECL Western Blotting Detection Kit

The ECL Western Blotting Detection Kit is long-lasting and contains a highly sensitive, nonradioactive, enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibodies on immunoblots. This kit contains 50ml of HRP Substrate Reagent A and 50ml of HRP Substrate Reagent  B and is easy to use and economical. Mix solutions A and B in a 1:1 ratio right before the application. The mixture is then ready for detection of any immobilized specific antigens in chemiluminescent Western blots through horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled antibodies. The kit is designed for a high quality and long lasting glow.
