LysoView Blue

Introduction

LysoView Blue (Known as LysoSensor™ Blue DND-167, Trade Mark of Molecular Probes) is a blue lysosomal dye that stains lysosome in living cells. LysoView Blue can be used to measure the pH of acidic organelles, such as lysosomes. The LysoView Blue becomes more fluorescent in acidic environments with pKa at ~5.1. This dye is provided as 1 mg/mL solution in DMSO.
