Biotin-11-dUTP

Biotin-11-dUTP (biotin-epsilon-aminocaproyl-[5-{3-aminoallyl}-2′-deoxyuridine-5′-triphosphate]) (cat. no. C403) is supplied as a 1 mM solution in TE buffer.

Biotin-11-dUTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Reverse Transcriptases, Taq DNA Polymerase, phi29 DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment, exo-, Klenow Fragment, and DNA Polymerase I. The number '11’ is the number of atoms in the linker between biotin and dUTP.
