Introduction
ABP Lentivirus Storage Buffer is developed to preserve the infectivity of lentivirus in storage. When stored in regular production media, usch as DMEM, after 6 months of storage at -80℃, most of the infectivity will be lost. In contrast, when stored in the ABP Lentivirus Storage Buffer, the infectivity is well preserved.

GFP lenti particles were stored at 4℃ for different time period, then transduced HT1080 cells. Fluorescent images were taken after 72 hours post-transduction.
