Andy Fluor™ 610 NHS Ester (Succinimidyl Ester)

Andy Fluor™ 610 is a bright, far-red rhodamine-based fluorescent dye. Andy Fluor™ 610 is water-soluable, highly fluorescent and extremely photostable. Andy Fluor™ 610 can be used as an excellent energy acceptor in fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET).

The NHS ester (or succinimidyl ester) is the most popular amine reactive group for labeling with the primary amines (R-NH₂) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. The resulting Andy Fluor™ conjugate will exhibit brighter fluorescence and greater photostability than the conjugates of other spectrally similar fluorophores.
