Introduction

LysoTracer™ Green (Known as LysoTracker™ Green DND-26, Trademark of ThermoFisher Scientific) is a cell-permeable, non-fixable, green-fluorescent dye that selectively stains lysosomes in live cells. This dye has an excitation and emission maximum of 504/511 nm and can be efficiently excited using a FITC filter. This probe is provided as 1 mM solution in DMSO. The LysoTracer™ probes are also available in red color: LysoTracer™ Red.
