Plasmid DNA Purification

Figure 1.   5 µL of purified pUC18 and pUC19 plasmids were analyzed on a 1% Agarose gel. Plasmid was isolated from 5 mL DH5α cultures harboring the plasmid using ABP EasySC Plasmid Mini Purification Kit.

Figure 2. Different size DNA fragments were cleaned up with ABP EasySC PCR Clean-up Kit to remove primers, nucleotides, and other impurities. DNA was analyzed on a 1% agarose gel.

Figure 3.  5 different size DNA fragments were recovered using ABP EasySC Gel DNA Extraction Kit. DNA was analyzed on a 1% TBE agarose gel.
