MEQ

Introduction

The chloride indicator MEQ has absorption/emission maxima ~344/440. MEQ can be reduced to create the cell-permeant dihydro-MEQ (DiH-MEQ) which can be passively loaded into cells and subsequently oxidized to the chloride-sensitive MEQ.
