The ABP Firefly Luciferase Assay Kit provides a highly sensitive, robust, homogeneous assay for detection of firefly luciferase reporter gene expression in mammalian cells. Ideally suited for high-throughput applications, the simple "add-and-read" workflow provides robust performance and also eliminates many of the handling inconveniences experienced using other reporter assays. The system is optimized for batch processing both 96- and 384-well plates and is compatible with a wide variety of mammalian cell culture media. |
